  • Do you sell gift cards?

  • What is your cancellation policy?
    No cancellations or changes allowed within 2 days of the appointment. If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours in advance, you may lose your deposit. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment using the link in your booking email or using your login. Alternatively please email info@roxieresali.com If you wish to change or rearrange your appointment, you may do so up to 48 Hours before without forfeiting your deposit. If you have cancelled your appointment more than 48 hours prior and you are awaiting a deposit refund please email us with your payment details. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed. If you cancel an appointment three times in a row then you may need to pay in full in advance to reschedule your appointment. Semi- Permanent Makeup Booking Policy: (Microblading, Lip Blush, Ombré Brow, Combination & Nano Stroke Brow ) Deposit payments are non-refundable, however should you need to change your appointment you can do so up to 24 hours in advance and your deposit will be moved over to the new date.
  • When should I arrive for my appointment / What shall I do if I am running late?
    If you are a new client coming to the salon we recommend you aim to come 10 minutes prior to your treatment as you will be asked to fill out a client consultation Unfortunately if you are late for your appointment your treatment may need to be cut short and you will still be charged for the full treatment, we recommend arriving 5 minutes prior to your treatment to avoid disappointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to cancel and rearrange the appointment. Please try and contact the clinic to let us know if you are running late!

  • Do I have to make an appointment or can I walk in?
    We operate on a strict appointment only basis. You can use our online booking system to make a booking, or call us on +020 8243 8922 and a member of our team will be happy to help!

  • Do I need a Patch Test?
    A patch test is strongly advised for eyelash treatments & semi-permanent makeup, you can book in for a free patch test & consultation using our online booking system.
  • How long do I have to wait after having a lash lift before I can have eyelash extensions?
    If you have had a lash lift, you need to wait at least 4 weeks before you can have eyelash extensions.
